Hello, I'm Pin Gong, I'm a UI/UX designer at Experian Health. Earned an MA degree from SCAD. Before pivoting into product design, I learned drawing for 7+ years, studied graphic & interior design for a bachelor's degree, and furniture design for a master's. The common thread throughout my passion for creating something to bring people happiness, whether I am crafting illustrations or designing products.
“Design” for me is not only in digital art. I start my day by reading graphic design news and every night I participate in online industrial design news. As an enthusiast of 20th-century design history, I frequently visit architecture, and furniture stores and learn about local culture when I travel.
When I first heard about user experience design, I talked with the professor after I interviewed pet owners for my pet furniture design project. That was the first time I realized user experience is meaningful and valuable everywhere, from digital to product. From then, I started my UX journey until now, working with teammates to solve problems.
Now, with these abilities of research and visual design, I am a passionate UX designer, who can't wait to make people's lives easier！

New Apps: I download new apps every week just for fun and killing my time. Trying all of them and keeping the best ones. Feel free to recommend interesting apps to me :)
Illustration: I learned drawing and painting professionally during my high school and college. Now drawing is the way that I record my daily life and express my inner feelings.
Gaming: I like to explore more popular mobile games and pc games since high school. I found my passion to build and create things when I play the Nonlinear game called Minecraft. The MC playing experience leads me to fall in love with handcraft.
Traveling: Traveling gives me an opportunity to become a stranger and learn different culture in a totally different world. Walking through the streets and watch every kind of passerby. Imagine their minds and reach to their heart.
